Co-Funding and Co-Development
We invest using product development services as capital in order to share the risk and cost of the development program. We ask that the life science company contribute some monies as part of the relationship to demonstrate their level of commitment to the development program.
We are committed to long-term relationships with all our partners and view the actual funding as only one component of the many variables required for a successful co-development program. As such, we expect to be involved in the both the conception and the implementation of the development plan.
We are flexible on the scope and stage of the development program, as well as the nature of our return on investment which can be in the form of equity, downstream royalties, regional rights in developing countries, or a combination thereof.
