Regional Licensing & Partnering

Technomark's global reach allows us to access resources and opportunities that are not readily available to other organizations. We work with life science companies through a risk sharing model to implement regional partnering and progress product development or marketing plans.

We execute regional co-development deals for western life science companies in emerging countries as a way to bridge late preclinical or early clinical programs to the proof-of-concept stage, or the exit of large phama licensing, merge, or acquisition. A typical example is when a regional life science company in Asia or Africa will co-fund product development with a Western biotech in exchange for marketing rights in their respective territory whether it be India, China, or South Africa.

We facilitate the marketing of existing products in emerging markets such as Africa and Asia though our strong regional presence.

We take a leadership role in fostering and nurturing all relationships to the point of execution, and in some cases stay on to manage the relationship because of the great difference in culture, time zone, or distance.
