Mr. Mahesh Prasad is the Founder and Chief Executive of Technomark-Genesis Management Consultancy, the India arm of the Technomark family.

Our Mumbai sister office is not only one of the leading life science boutique investment banking and strategic financial advisory firms in India, but is also very active the drug development and business development, licensing, and partnering arenas.

Mahesh has more than fifteen years of experience in the investment banking and private equity business, along with being well networked and well known among most of the Promoters and Executive Management of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in India. Prior to founding Genesis, Mahesh worked with Ernst & Young's Corporate Finance division based in Mumbai at which he had various clients from the chemicals, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, and was involved in setting up the Biotech Park in Hinjewadi, Pune. Before that he had worked as Equity Analyst with one of the leading brokerage houses in India, Prabhudas Liladhar, which is based in Mumbai. Mahesh is also a board member of Technomark Life Sciences.
